As a leadership strategist and human behaviour expert, I love nothing more than seeing individuals, leaders and businesses achieve the success they deserve.

I’ve personally enjoyed 18 years of leadership experience but also bring my own story of overcoming adversity to my role as co-founder of the You Want Group.

At the age of 15, I arrived in Australia on my own, with no family or friends and had to fight to survive each and every day.

With persistence, I turned that adversity into opportunity, using it to grow and develop the skills that I now share with others as a leadership strategist with the You Want Group.
Encompassing multiple award-winning businesses, the You Want Group specialises in professional and personal development.
Through leadership, attraction and manifestation strategies, I help CEOs, executives and business owners to gain clarity, focus and the ability to achieve their goals faster by maximising productivity while creating trusted relationships.

A master NLP practitioner, Human Behaviour expert, Chinese metaphysics consultant and a certified conversational hypnotherapist, I thrive on empowering individuals and businesses to discover their values and passion.

In the process, I work with organisations to help them leverage their natural talent to create highly engaged and high performing leaders and teams.
